Fantastic forest event for stripes

I can access this event from my laptop and my old phone which I just reinstalled candy crush but I can't from my new phone? Is there a reason why?

The Event or Challenge in the game is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.

The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.

Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

@Kiw1 Hi and welcome, The features are device specific. So you can have the feature on one device and not on another if you play multi device

That's not true. If you read what I put I said I can access it from my laptop and old phone but not my new phone.

@Kiw1 Hi again, It works which ever way round. I play 3 devices and i can have a feature on one device and not another. or i can have on two devices and not one. As the feature is device specific, which means it goes to that device and not your account, so you do not have it on every device sometimes. You could also have on every device if lucky
