@sam1280 Hi and welcome, AS explained above there is an issue with sending and receiving lives at present, but if you have received them not sure if this is your problem but it may be related.
When you excepted the lives . if you excepted 3 you need to have less than 2 lives on you game as it will only put you on your maximum allowed lives at the time. so if say you had 4 lives and you maximum allowed is 5 lives. Accepting the lives would mean you would only receive one.
