Hey I have registered my progression ingame candy crush saga to my email account. King.com claims there isn't such email address registered and as I tried to register it it succeeded, of course. How can I transfer my ingame progress which is registered to the same email to king account?

If you buy a new device, it should be transferred. Please download the app and update it. When you get to level one, please play the level again and finish and update it. If it doesn't help, please go to the help center gear - question mark. Then you will be taken there manually to your current level.
@PrinsessaLindanOrja Hi and welcome. did you save your game via a king account or a facebook account. As if kin.com site says it has not got a registered email seems you may not have a king account or you have mistyped your information.
If you game is saved via a facebook you can sync this with a king account

@PrinsessaLindanOrja Hi, all i can say trying is sign out of your game and then try signing back in with your account details to make sure everything is correct. If it is try logging in to the king.com/games site and see what happens.
If you are still getting the same message then you will need to contact customer support so they can have a look at your account
