Not Receiving Fantastic 5 Award
My fantastic 5 team reached the 7000 point goal and the game lights up the final prize but there is no way to claim it. I have updated the game and restarted my phone but no luck. I really would like to get the UFO that is part of the booster awards. Thank you!

@gator717 Hi and welcome, There is a graphic issue sometimes with the feature that shows you have reached the target , but when you add your team scores up they do not come to 7000. If you do this and find your team have not reached the target. We are assured you scores are being counted in the background and the reward will be given if you reach the target in the allotted time.
If you post a screenshot we can confirm if you have this issue

There is also a graphics issue that causes some problems with the graph that shows your progress. This is being looked in to but we have no time frame for a fix

If the graphic shows it too early, you are guaranteed to get your win tomorrow, if you register or if one of your teammates gets a few more points.

Understood that your F5 team shows 7K points but you are not able to collect your reward.
As mentioned by Mr Freddy, it is a graphic issue in the game. Usually, this happens when one of your team mates suddenly left the group and the points that were accumulated by this player will go along with it.
Thus, you have to manually calculate your point and continue playing until you reaches the actual 7K to claim the final leg of the reward before the time runs out.
