Couldn’t load game record!

Hi my game record on my phone all gone but I tried sync my FB it didn’t come back...

but my iPad still have record also sync FB,

how could I fix this😓😓😓

Please save your game on ipad through facebook and log out. Then update your game application on the phone and login again with the same facebook id you used on ipad.

If you still have issue to login please let us know.

If your game is properly linked to Facebook on one device, you must also connect it to Facebook on the other device with the same access data. This gives it the same status.

@stacyprincess . Please check your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in making sure you have the same account as on the ipad. This should then sync your levels if not try playing a level to see if it forces the game to sync to the server

I just found out that I have another Facebook account on the webpage that’s why I couldn’t load the record.
