I had quit for over 1 year but started back in September 2020 and was only smoking 1 pack every 2 or 2 1/2 days but since I decided to return to working in October to the end of November I was up to almost 2 packs a day, and I am trying to QUIT but it's even more difficult this time around than before I don't know why either...
