I lost my Trophy Feature and all trophies at all level were gone. How may I get this feature back? I checked the enable and disable and the trophy feature is not available on the list.

Same problem here.
All my trophies have gone. Same for the bonuses I won in the previous episode.
This is really annoying. Please restore.

For info on the The Master Trophies List, need to go to *Pages 40 & 41:

All the info is there for you. On any loss of the The Master Trophies List, there are things you can do to try to get it back. Of course if all things fail, then ask "King Support", for it. Bonus features, come & go, at any time. Took years just to get this. Got it on the 18th, I only use "Win 10 Pro PC - Desktop App".

thanks for your advice, unfortunately there's nothing I can do to get bonus and trophies back. I will just stop playing and wait for the problem to be fixed. As apparently most players still have their trophies (do you?), I have to assume it's a temporary glitch that affects only a part of the users โ therefore it should be fixed a.s.a.p. to allow every user to compete on equal terms.

Guess you didn't read *Page 40 & 41 above. There are things you can do. Also, it is not a glitch. Your trophies are on record, you lost The Master Trophies List for now.
Very clear, that any bonus feature can be removed at any time.
I also said, I just got it, for the 1st x in years. Had 395 Trophies, I had done, but didn't know till the 18th.

yes I read those pages but, unless I missed something, the only option is to switch device, which is impossible for me as I only play on my PC.
I understand that "any bonus feature can be removed at any time" but, apart from the fact that it's unfair to remove any earned bonus, why remove it only from some users? Now I have to wait 30 minutes instead of 25 to get a new life and this is a real blow, as I'm facing a streak of very hard levels โ and you know better than me what it means, when you are close to level 4000. No surprise I've already lost the current episode race, as probably others still have their bonuses.
I will sit and wait, at least for the time being. :-)

Wow seems like not just me that has an issue. I only play my game via my phone so it is not an issue with the device?? Also notice that the app is very unstable, it changes, the episode race I started comes with 15 gold bar and all the sudden it changed to maximum 5 only during the race. ๐ค
