Its Working Randomly In group of few players.
It can't available for all player's all times.
Its Not Available In your Game That's mean now you are not in that testing group.

Exactly as many others stated, we had that wheel for about 6-7 years! This whole “Test group availability” seems like a ploy! Let’s just say what it really is. Production thought it was a better idea to get people to pay to continue to play. Let’s face it many of us need probably 1 extra move to beat a hard level. So take away the wheel, you’ll pay to get off a level you’ve been on for weeks, maybe months. Such a sucky tragedy to come up with during a pandemic when many are facing hardships. I used candy crush to pass time. Now I’m uninstalling. Bad move!

Everyone I know who plays this game has the same, so it appears all users were in the 'Test' group.
Ridiculous dishonesty in your response and condecending to your customers. If you've decided to remove it on commercial grounds in the hope more people will pay to continue a game, simply say so.
I didn't mind paying for the odd booster pack for enjoyment, but am not interested in being cornered into paying to progress.
I'll check to see if you've come to your sense occasionally but have removed the app for now.

i feel like you keep giving all your attention and your money and time to this game probably the longest game I’ve ever played I love it but instead of giving back you guys just keep on talking from us like someone said it’s been like 10 years and the free win moves is supposed to be a test that don’t make sense stop playing with our emotions and give us a little lead way
