I didn’t know that I need to click the frog to let it go. Play so far never had experienced this before.

Hello and welcome to the community. This is because the frog is in the way. When it is in this stage, you cannot hit it. All you need to do is click on the frog, then click anywhere else on the board. Then you will pass. Ingredients cannot drop with anything in the way. Here's a video of this:

For this level try to play from right part of the board or where you get more chance to make special candy. Use more striped candy with other special candy to move the ingredients that are stuck in middle part of the board. moved frog to out cherry . Good luck
