I had my registration of marriage in this Buddhist temple ‡whilst my wedding banquet was held in a Chinese restaurant. We invited 200 plus guests of close friends and family members for the banquet. My make-up artist nicknamed me "last minute bride" cos I took less than 6 months to plan my wedding instead of the norm of 1 year πππππ π

Yes, I use metric. Which is why I questioned it. If you benched 280 pounds, that is completely believable. Also benching free weights is a lot different to a plate loaded machine like the one in your image. Because of leverage, benching 300 pounds on the machine at my gym is the same as benching 150 pounds free weight.
Back to the topic. I passed on choosing a truth or dare for somebody simply because I couldn't think of anything. Now I have a couple, so I'm ready to go next time.
Wait a min, may be 280 could be in different metric system. 280 kg is equivalent to about 617 lbs and 280 lbs is equivalent to 127 kg. That's a huge variance, just like kmph and mph π€£π€£π€£π€£π€ͺ
Hey there @Rancid if benching 280 scared you then I think you have a long way to go before u beat them records it's been awhile but most of my friends can bench that amount and there not even ripped!! @Nck you can bench press 280. Is that tea bags? Post a video, or it never happened. Due to the nature of my work, it accidentally made me very strong in deadlifts. Because of that, my squats aren't too bad. Also because of the nature of my work, my bench press skills trail far behind. Very few people are world record holders in all three lifts, unless there are few other competitors in their age and weight division. If you check out the world all time historical records, NOBODY holds all three records in ANY weight division.
@Scooterpie attempting the most push ups is counter productive to strength training. But you knew that.
