Hard Level Offer won’t load on level 6428

The Hard Level Offer for level 6428 and also the Hard Level Offer for the previous hard level will not stop spinning. I’ve tried it on cell phone service only and with wi-fi and no matter what I can not see the offer to buy it.
I have an iPhone 12pro Mac and am accessing the game through the app. I have tried signing out and restarting my phone then signing back in. I’m that does not work. I am able to see all of the other offers and purchase all of the bonus offers as well it is only with this offer that it never stops spinning and allows me to buy it.
Please note I clicked the wrong button for the first persons reply. This issue is NOT solved.

@charrahammett Hi Again , i am a iphone user myself, you can clear the cache from safari this sometimes helps with the app. So if your up to date clear safari cache and log out and restart the device, then log back in.
My question which would be helpful to know is this only happening on hard levels or on a everything you have to connect to like store etc

This issue only happens when I get a "Hard Level Offer" - not on all hard levels, just with the offer part. I am able to purchase other offers just fine as well as buy the offers I get for collecting scrolls or purchase bonuses or other things. If you look at the screenshot in the first message you can see what it looks like. I have had these offers before where they give you unlimited lives for 30 mins for $2.99 or something like that.
I cleared my cache in safari yesterday although I can not see how that would help at all since I am using the app to play the game on my phone, not my browser on my phone. I will not know if it worked until I get another "Hard Offer".

@charrahammett . It may be there is an issue with the hard level offer and we may need to report, so if you can let us know if this happens again would be useful.
As for safari and the app as the app does not have a sperate cache i believe it may be stored in Safari cache. Only due to sometimes when you do an uninstall if safari cache is not cleared then the reinstallation can load the previous settings in some cases.
