On candy crush level 7185 why does it say I need 146 jelly and four cherries when I go online and see how to get it all the YouTube’s only need 73 jellies and four cherries all in 28 moves for both

Check your device and game are up to date, clear the cache from your browser or app store, log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this changes

On Version 1.196, all jelly layers count. You need to clear 146 jelly layers in total because every jelly has double layer. This is the same for the Youtube video - at that version, only jelly squares are counted.
