This is the reason why you have less moves: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/level-changing-on-candy-crush-saga-not-getting-the-same-amount-of-moves-as-your-friends I have seen a lot of complaints here from the players regarding the number of moves for a specific level. This level has hard difficulty. For this level try to play from bottom part of the board and make special candy. Combine them with each other or play near to jellies to break them all.
Yes you right need lucky board in this level . I try no destroy block in the middle , because have timed boom and play on the right and until there is a chance to destroy the middle block
Keep trying , Hope you will get a Lucky board
