Been a couple days now, can't contact the server for the chocolate box or the store. On the Win 10 app version. My icon isn't showing, even though it says I'm on. On the right level, in fact still playing in the tournament, but I can't see other player names just "Opponent". Not being able to complete more chocolate box items is getting annoying. I've restarted the app over and over, and even the computer. Help?

I ended up having to do the uninstall/reinstall. Finally logged back in. Didn't get anything from my place in the star tournament, but all my boosters are in place. Sadly, had been on a multi-level streak, lost that bonus...Up and linked again.

Boosters from Windows App, Facebook Platform and Kingdom Platform are synced with the server that's why you got your boosters back even after uninstalling app.
However, some event progress is not synced with the server until events are completed, and uninstalling can cause event progress to be lost.

Me too, exactly the same problem as Larry_Miller. Been a couple days now, can't contact the server for the chocolate box or the store or the live,s friends. On the Win 10 app version.
I have updated the system and the app and when I reinstall I have connection with the server until I close, when I play again there is no connection with the server. I have been reinstalling the app for two days every time I want to play online.
Any other ideas besides reinstalling?

If you click on the Chocolate box as soon as the game is launched, you will have a problem because if the internet is a bit weak, you will have to wait a little longer to fully sync with the server.
Have you ever checked to see if the problem is fixed after playing or passing a level?
Yes, when I reinstall I play without problems, today I have passed 10 levels, completed the 3 daily chocolates in the box and I asked for lives when lives end, but when I returned to play after two hours there is no connection with the server although I can play I can't ask for lives, the box of chocolates has disappeared, the daily prize wheel ...
Hi , i am also having this problem since yesterday . I can play the game fine but i cannot access the store ( i just get spinning wheel ) and there is no Daily Booster Wheel or Chocolate box in my Events. I Have only , Master Trophy , Treat Calendar ,Daily Win and Fantastic Five all of which are just info windows. I am on the latest Win 10 , playing on the same app i have been using forever.

You can try to find a solution by following the simple steps below and if you get an error message while following the steps show me a screenshot of it.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and log in.

I cant even Log Out .
The problem has already been reported and work is under way to fix it. By reinstalling the game app you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters and unsaved levels.
