Hello and welcome to the community.
This is a hard level and can require some tries.
To begin with you don't have many choices of moves, but sometimes you can make a wrapped candy from the orange candies at the start, this will be helpful in clearing the waffles if you can make it.
There are two ways for the ingredients to be collected, they can drop down the side columns and into the top part of the board or they can drop down the middle to the exits there. You will probably find that you will use both exits as some of the ingredients will go down the sides while others get into the middle.
The best thing to do is to clear the waffles and forget about collecting the ingredients to begin with, as the waffles are cleared it becomes much easier to make combos and quite often the ingredients will be collected during cascades once the board is opened up.

I noticed in the video that is posted here, you have 20 tries at the beginning. I only get 19 and it seems like when I get the waffles cleared then the licorice comes down. I have used most of my coconut wheels and my other boosters. And besides that it is not a fun level.
