Hello @Holly1 sorry to hear you are having so much trouble. From what I can gather from reading posts from people with the same issue as yours I believe the best thing for you to do is to contact King directly through their support.

@Holly1 Are you connected thry Facebook? I knew that when we are connected thru Facebook in the CCS list can be just Facebook friends and if you don't like anyone of them you can delete him from your list. I ask a week ago here in a post it it is true but no one answer. Maybe is to hard question.
