I am able to receive lives but can not use them

I am able to receive lives but can not use them, when I try too use them I just lose it.

@steviebraun Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser log out and restart your device and see if this resolves your issue

I receive lives and I can send lives but when I try to use a life it will subtract from my total of lives but not give it to me.

@steviebraun Might seem a bit silly asking this, but you are not accepting the lives when you have full lives are you as these will not get added. you can only accept lives when you have less than the maximum and should only accept the amount you have. so if you max lives at time is 5 and you have 1 life yet you can accept 4. if you have 5 lives max any accepted lives do not get added if you still have 5 lives

I wait until I am totally out of lives before I click to use a stored life, that's when it subtracts the life from my total but does not actually give me the life.
