@Z1234 Hi and welcome, Sorry to here this has happened to you, but in the case of free boosters there is not much that can be done as customer support will only replace purchased boosters. all you can do is the standard troubleshooting tips and hope this does not happen to you again
Check device and game are up to date , clear cache from app store or browser, log out and restart your device and then log back in, do this regularly to make sure you game is running as smoothly as possible
