I don't receive lives.

Hello,

I play Candy crush saga on my king account (not through Facebook) but : 1. Candy crush saga doesn't appear on the left side of the screen and 2. I don't receive lives (but I can send them).

    What device do you play on and what do you mean when you say candy crush does not appear on the left hand side of the screen

    Hello Freddy, I play on a PC.

    Here is a screen shot. On the left hand side, there are 2 games appearing which I don't play. I receive requests for help for those games but not from Candy crush. But forget it, it's not important.

    My main concern is about receiving lives 🙂

    @Laurence-2 Hi Again, I do not know of any issues with sending or receiving lives with king account, but could be wrong.

    Suggest trying the standard troubleshooting tips. Check you device and browser are up to date log out and clear your browser cache. restart you device and then log back in and see if you can get someone to send you a life to see if it resolves your issue
