The issue is very well known, but the ingredient does fall down eventually . So at present just think you have keep trying as i have heard no plans on this level being adjusted due to this and it has been going on a long time. Maybe the game studio are struggling to replicate the issue

I collected all but the last one and had plenty of moves left. Very frustrating!!

@denlow I here you i have gone back many a time and checked this level for people and always find the same thing sometimes it drops and others it does not. just keep trying and try different candy booster combinations under it. It will eventually drop last time i checked was on the 4th go of trying . Its a pain but as said issue has been around a long time
