I’m trying to figure out why I haven’t been able to get the daily treat calendar. I’ve deleted the app, re-downloaded it, updated it and still nothing. I’m signed in with my Facebook account and using iOS can someone please help? I’ve reached out to customer care and still nothing
Hi Tita0803, sorry for the delay in responding. I just searched here at King Care to see if anyone else has reported this issue. The only thing that I can find is that the players were saying that the calendar was stuck on day one. Let's try this: clear out the history on your mobile device. Then shut it down, wait about 10 seconds and open it. Now open the game and go into Facebook and log out and then log back in. Please write back to let me know if this worked for you. It could be a new glitch that is starting so I will keep searching the questions here to see if anyone else is reporting the loss.
Thanks for trying everything. I am starting to think that perhaps it's still considered a testing thing. Are you getting any of the challenges on your mobile device? Also since the daily calendar just gives you up to 3 boosters, have you ever tried the Sugar Drop Challenge? You can get up to 13 free boosters every 8 hours. By doing this, you can build up your boosters much quicker. I'll give you the link below.
