For about the last week the Sweet Cinema has not been working. It comes back with the message "Move ads coming soon. Come back later."
I have rebooted and restarted the game without success.
Is there any known problem with this?

The Sweet Cinema is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The feature is slowly being given to a lot of players and I hope you find this feature again very soon.

The Sweet Cinema feature belongs to the test group and may not always be active in the game. Even if the feature is available in your game, it is not active at the moment, but you can get the feature running at any time.

For about the past 6 months Sweet Cinema has not been working. It comes back with the message "Move ads coming soon. Come back later."
Tried rebooting, and restarted the game without success. Either fix this issue or remove it. No use having it there if it cannot be used.

@daveW Hi and welcome, The sweet cinema is a test feature so it is not always guaranteed to be in your game. This may just be a temporary error with the feature if the feature is in your game but there are no ads.

Since 3-4 days ago, I am unable to log in with my facebook account. Yes, I tried everything that I could find online, all the helps and tricks, but it still doesn't work. Probably lost 10 years of progress and about 12000 levels… I am fuming… Whatever I do, I get this message…

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
hi my game froze in the middle of beating five seasons in first place and I couldn’t move forward I lost all progress after having to quit the app and had to start all over againn
