Good night! The device I was playing broke. I can no longer access the device. But on my new device, it just synced the phase I stopped, 973. The skins and lollipops didn't sync. Is there any way to get it back?

Hello @Junao and welcome to the community! When you sync between devices, it will save your game progress. It cannot save your lives and your boosters. They are saved on the memory of your old device and cannot be transferrable. Unfortunately, there is no way to get them back. I'm sorry. But you can still win boosters in fun events and features.
