When I closed the Candy Crush on my laptop, I lost progress :(
Earlier today I made it to level 7303, winning four levels in a row on my first try. I advanced, the crowns showed up the level numbers, no problems, but when I lost power on my laptop and had to restart, the game has opened back at level 7299 and is stuck there on both my laptop and my mobile phone. I have tried restarting, logging out and reconnecting to Facebook (where I play), and tried closing and reopening the window several times to no avail. It's super frustrating because it is the second time in a week it has happened and I hate having to go back and replay hard and super hard levels over again and losing my power ups in the process. Any suggestions for how to get back to the level that I earned? Thanks for your help!

@Sabbymama Hi , not what i thought it was but basically not registered your levels correctly to the server so you would need to reply or try support but for a few levels better probably just replaying

@Sabbymama Hi and welcome,
Would try to make sure you do not lose poser before leaving the game so you progress saves. It could take around 5 day to get help from support to restore your levels but you will probably pass this 4 levels a lot quicker than that. but link for support below should you try that way

Thanks Freddy for the quick reply :). I actually am back on 7301 again already....LOL. It is just odd that the level "dots" are still showing the gold color from when I beat them before, but the avatar won't advance. I guess I'll just be doing it again, but hoping not to have to keep doing this so often! I appreciate the link.

@Sabbymama Can you post a screenshot of your map showing these levels, may be another reason for this
