The sweet cinema feature is not always active. Some times you have to wait a few days for an advert to collect the reward.

Welcome to the friendly King Community.
The Sweet Cinema feature is now in the test group and there is no guarantee that the feature will always be active in the game. Also, some players have got the feature as a test in their game, the feature is working as a part and some players have got the feature but it is not active for them.
You got the feature but it is not active and I believe the feature will be activated in your game very soon.
Also please check some troubleshooting step.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and log in.
