Yes if you play the pre released windows 10 app levels you always get the original level. The game studio use the feedback and data from these levels to decide if levels need to be amended to make them harder or easier. So if you do not play the pre released levels by the time you get to them they have been amended and you will find most have less moves

To the best of my understanding, these levels (9424, 9438) are new and only open for Windows 10 app.

@yochai Yes they can change the levels pretty quickly. If a few people pass these levels quickly guess the studio amend as quick as possible now. Used to notice it more when it went to other platforms

I have only 25 moves. Since 3 days I try to resolve this level without success

"I was finally able to "receive" 40 moves. I reinstalled the game, and it shows 30 moves. I closed the game app, waited an X amount of time, and after reopening, suddenly had 40 moves."

Today , I have only 23 moves and the game is changed it is becoming increasingly difficult.
