I'm stuck in level 2934. It seems other player get to see 3 portals in the bottom and top row. As you can see in the screenshot, I don't.
I play on FB, and use chrome as browser.

i am having isssues with this level as well i see no way to beat it
Problem in level 2934 does not haver holein the bottom for the fruits to pass.

Hello, I have a problem with level 2934, the holes that connect the lower part with the upper part of the board do not appear on the board and the fruits cannot pass. Can anybody help me? Thanks.

This has been reported so all we can do is be patient and await a fix for the Facebook version, Think it may be holiday season so it may be tomorrow before this is done. if you have access to mobile or win 10 app game you can complete the level on these

Yes I have heard this happening many times you can play the game in Android.
I have the same problem no portals hope this gets fixed soon

The issue has been reported and is currently awaiting a fix, but you can do the level if you have access to the mobile game or the windows 10 app version of the game
