According to your screenshot I can see that each of your competitors has already completed the race. This can happen if you take a few days break from the game at the beginning of the race.
However, if you find this at the beginning of the race, then you need to contact our player support.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Events and Challanges - Contact us and send them an email.

Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
The Episode Race is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

Have anyone seen the video I have uploaded, I have up to date game, I have logged out, cleared log/cache and then uninstalled and installed again still issue persists. Please help.
