I have the same issue! At first I was able to upgrade objects but suddenly I couldn't do it anymore. I have lots of sweetonium but I can't do anything. The green check mark down to the left is missing and I can't press the play button neither. It's been like this for days.

I'm also having the same issue. Everything on the second screen has been upgraded. The play button is grayed out, and I can't continue
