Can’t access my extra lives

Anyone know how to fix or what to do when you can’t access your extra lives given by yourFB friends? The envelope shows I have them but when I click on it some advertisement pops up for a special event.

    Check your device and game are up to date, log out and restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue

    If not can you post a screenshot of your map showing you lives envelope

    I did restart and also signed in and out several times. I also checked my settings on FB and everything is up to date. Here is a screenshot of my lives and map. Thank you for your help!
