This is a long standing issue and game ID's are no longer needed although they helped identify the issue. At present there is no fix for this so all you can do is wait for a fix or uninstall and reinstall the app, but as this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
