It's like this morning session never happened wich is frustrating since I had to used a powerups.

Can you fix that?

Sorry to hear this has happened to you, but unfortunately this can happen now and again if your account becomes disconnected. All you can do is replay the level and hope that it registers correctly this time

Well, that's BS. Your article mention seeing a confirmation screen, not only did I see the screen, I played level 5067 multiple time.

If my account was "disconnected" why did your server allowed me to play the next level? The issue is now on my side, it's on your side.

You guys have no respect for your players.

@Pluc61 Hi Again, Firstly we are only the community we can only try and help and advise, we have no input into the game.

Your game is on your device and all available levels the server just registers yours your game. So you can play offline and do various levels and when you connect it can then update your progress. just sometimes this happens hence the king official post to this. You may not be happy with this but trust me this has happened to all of us . personally in my time of the game it has happened about 4 or 5 times
