Do you mean you are not getting the win streak feature or the master trophy feature for completing the episode. Can you post a screenshot of what you mean
Remember all features are test features so these are not always guaranteed to be in your game. They are given to groups of randomly selected people. So this could mean your not in that group at present but could be again in the future. They could also be missing due to temporary issues.
All you can do to make sure you are getting the features available to you is to keep your game up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in and do this regularly to keep your game as up to date as possible

For any rewards you do not receive you need to contact customer support as the community cannot deal with missing reward issues
To try to solve your issue, Check game and device are up to date - log out - clear the cache from your app store or browser - restart device. log back in and see if this resolves the issue
