I found a glitch/bug in the game app

The glitch i found can give any user to get access to as many boosters as they want. I also tried contacting the developer or the employees of the game but they didn't responded also i didn't get any proper place to state this. Belierit or not but it's genuine and i need to talk to the employees of the game. I've been playing this game i guess from past 7-8 years and I'm on level 3906 last i played.

The Developers are aware that there are lot of dubious things being made to cheat the game, but it is something they try there best to stop, but people will always try doing this. So sometimes it can take a while for these issues to be solved and normally when they are the people that use them games become corrupt and they can then get no help from support

I've contacted them there through this mail address but in response they being like I'm the one who need help and they asked me to state my queries in the discussion community. But wait i guess it's them who need help i was just stating the issue through which they'll be losing a hell lot of their earnings or probably already had lost.
