My wife and I both play Candy Crush, I play on my iPad, and she plays on her iPad. We both play in our family room, we're both on the same wireless internet, with good connections. As of lately, I've been unable to access the app store and receive "goodies" after winning, and unable to take advantage of the wheel spin, etc. How can I correct this situation?
I meant to add, my wife has full function and is able to access the app store, I'm sitting right beside her, and I cannot access??????

Sounds like you may have the long standing connection issue and at present there is no fix for this
Try the standard troubleshooting tips, check your device and game are up to date , log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue. Also try disconnecting your WIFI for 30 seconds and reconnect while the game is open
If none of this works you may need to contact customer support to see if they can help with your issue

Thank you, this issue only started a few days ago. I'm confounded with the fact that my wife can access Candy Crush fully, but I cannot. Thanks again!
@ntredme Hi, For some reason this issue just appears randomly for some people and as explained above there is no fix at the moment. try customer support but my guess is it may be an uninstall and reinstall job, but if they advise this you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES as its a mobile device

I also have this issue and also I'm on level 9485. Recently I've updated the app but it didn't gave me level updates, so what should I do?
