I do not want to participate in the contests on Candy Crush. I just want to play the game. Why am I being forced to participate in them? Is there a way to opt out of them?

Thank you for the feedback . You are already at the top level of the game and the Star Tournament . You can skip the tournament if you want, but the event cannot be removed.

Your comments . I am stuck in tournament on my tablet but can advance levels on my phone. I do not want to play the tourneys. I have advanced levels on the phone past tournament level. Should have options not to play in tournaments
It would have been nice to know that. I had no idea I ran out of levels and haven't been able to pass any of the tournament levels. Thought I was going to have to give up and delete the game.
Yes
You are already at the top level of the game and the Star Tournament is available for you as there is no new level at this time. You can skip the tournament if you want, but the event cannot be removed and you will normally have the opportunity to play new episodes next Wednesday.😊
New levels are released every Wednesday🤗
This is my screenshot, it is saying compete in the tournament, won’t let me bypass this to go to new levels, been like this for weeks. I’m ready just to delete your whole game, fix the problem please!

It won’t let me play my regular levels, I can’t ignore it, it won’t let me play the regular levels.

There is not way to disable any tournaments all you can do is choose to ignore them and not participate, just carry on doing your normal levels
