Candy Crush Saga: I began playing the game on one laptop and recently had to change to another one and I was unable to log into the game account on the second laptop because it said the info entered was wrong...which I know it was not. Anyway! I requested to change my password. I was sent a link to do so but when attempting to use that link ... entering the new password gets me NO where. When attempting to submit the new password, it does nothing. Nothing. So ... how do I change my password for the Candy Crush Sage game? Thanks!

If you don't receive any email to your spam folder or junk mail, please email Player Support so they can manually reset the password for you.👇️
I am glad to report that the problem I had has been solved with the help of someone from the support team! A new password was created, the original game was retained with the level I was originally on and all gold bars were intact. Yay! I simply cleared the cache, which was originally done ... with an added step! After cache was cleared I opened up a new tab, but it was an incognito tab and from there I was able to use the link for the password reset and presto ... a new password was created and all was well in the world of my granddaughter.
