I will pass ur id to our CM @Crazy Cat Lad and ur levels will be stored manually but unfortunately ur boosters will not be recovered. As they r stored only on devices and not in the game.
Wait for sometimes.

@toyhunter I will pass these details on to the CM and he maybe able to manually restore your levels, but will need to know what level you was on.
You will not have anything other than levels restored , no boosters or scores etc just the level restored
Also please edit your email address out of post as this is your personal information and if the CM needs this he will ask you in a private message.

Hello,
I recently lost my access to a Facebook account that my mother used to play candy crush soda saga and lost all the game progress. She was at 5104 level and after I lost access to the Facebook account she has started fresh and has reached level 80. She's heartbroken to have lost all the progress. THIS is the only game she plays. So, please transfer the game progress to my new account so that she can gain back all the progress and dedication she had put to reach 5000+.
