    I have had this happen to me as well @Chickie75. It is highly frustrating, and to my mind is poor game design.

    King will not see your post on here though and you appear to be directing your comments directly at them rather than trying to engage in a discussion with this community of players. If you are serious about your complaint and want King to know about it you will need to contact them directly.
