If you want to earn money from a game then you are playing the wrong game, Candy crush is a FREE game and has no monetary value to anyone playing.

Also whilst a Win Streak of 400 is good it is not the highest as you can see if you look at the post I have linked below.

There is no money to be made playing CCS. Where did you see that they said you would earn money?
Winning streak rewards are earned as your streak increases. The prizes are Boosters that you accumulate in your game.
