Level 2849 is tricky one . For this level try to play near to blockers and make special candy as you get the chance. Combine them with each other and use more striped candy to break the corner blockers and to move the ingredients.

Personally think this level is more about getting a lucky board than anything else, but you will come across levels like this the further you progress into the game. I appreciate you can get frustrated playing levels over and over gain, but the Main thing is just try to enjoy the game and do not let these type of levels beat you. Eventually you will get that lucky board.
