The high scores that you see aren't proof of cheating. What it could be related to is the change to the scoring system. The scores shown are just a record of what some players achieved on that level. You can't tell when that score was achieved, so there is every chance the score was achieved before the scoring system was changed.

I think I have read somewhere that the highscore of 4670 is probably caused by a glitch in rhe game, rather than a bug.
