Oh I have so many favorite dishes, but the top three I have are the Bulgarian Moussaka (pic. 1), Mashed potatoes with meatballs (pic. 2) and Bulgarian stuffed peppers (pic. 3).
I really have so many dishes I love, I just love food. 🤫😋😋😋

@Vanessa_Lionheart you got me curious with the Boulgarian moussaka. I love traditional moussaka, I make it whenever I have a lot of free time. I googled the recipy for yours, I see that you don't use eggplants in it which I adore, but I have vacationed in Bulgaria for a week and I loved your dishes, so I'm definately going to try this!

Oh it's nice to know someone knows about my country and also visited it. 🤗Yes, the recipe with eggplant I think it's the Greece version but I could be wrong of course. We have similar recipes with Greece and Turkey because well we lived as one at one point or another I don't want get into too much details. But yes I love our version of it also you can skip the flower if you don't like it just put more eggs it's delicious anyway. 😁
