Level 9966

Cannot find a video of this level being completed in 21 moves without starting with boosters. Need some tips to help pass. Originally it had 33 moves. Bit of a difference. And now no chocolate box for a few extra boosters. Any suggestions?

Level 9966 changed with only 21 moves, As much as possible to destroy 10 the stones on the left and right, there is help stipe and wrapped candy combine into one, and if you get a lucky board, Colorbomb will come out. after that the second target is to destroy the locks, all open and easy.
