Welcome back to the King Community.
I believe the level is a bit hard but you can pass the level without booster by following a few steps. I gave you a video of another game version and I hope both videos will help you pass the level.

Two levels in a row that not even deemed hard but not easily passed. I am well over 100 tries and came close once. Wasted my only UFO and still didn't make it. Have 10 gold bars but saving for levels deemed hard or super hard. Like many others I've read, waiting to get to level 10,000 and then I'm done. Too many levels like this that make Candy Crush annoying and not fun. Will be a year before I get to 10,000 at this rate.
