I can't think of any challenge, or event in Candy Crush that provides gold bars as a reward. Can you remember the name of the challenge you were playing, as that would be helpful.

I don’t remember name of challenge. I’m on level 3329. I saw someone else post with the same issue

@Mpinkney I am now on level 3329. So I completed the challenge 4 days ago. Kept getting message to be patient. The 4000 gold bars were being divided up between winners. Should have gotten my share yesterday and did not.
Whoa, 4000 gold bars seems generous for Candy Crush.
If you spent money on this and have not received any rewards then unfortunately all you can do is contact King Player Support as advised by Kiara.
