I can't connect to the store, nothing wrong with Internet

I haven't been able to connect to the store since I installed the game a couple of weeks ago. There's nothing wrong with the Internet

    I was scrolling through the community and a few people have this issue,& this is what tech is saying so I hope this help

    "The tech team know of this issue and the cause and are working on it

    How to solve this is still to be figured out. Therefore we have no time frame for the fix. Please stay tuned and keep the app up to date to get all fixes as soon as they are released.

    Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
