If you also have sticking characters (that won't load), try posting your id in this thread, they might fix it:

that spinning circle shows that your game "sticks" .

There have been many reports about sticking characters and game freezing after the last game update. You can try the support center, but I don't think they can help you.

I was number 1 in the Sam’s Sweet Streak. I did not receive rewards and their is a circle that just keeps spinning and is locked up I guess.

I won an event and received a message that there were connection issues, so I never received the award. Also, the second level chocolate box was halfway completed and has now disappeared?? This is the second time that has happened also.

I use the app and am logged into it but it still won't work. I just logged out and back in to see if that would work but it didn't

Update: the game got updated, the sam's streak event got deleted and I never received my rewards 😕

I kept getting the error message below. I tried restarting my laptop, updating my game through the Microsoft store, emptying all cache, and nothing worked. I finally logged out, restarted my laptop, and logged back in and now my prizes are completely gone from Events. Is there any way for me to get them back?

@kbaker71913 I finally found a way around this! I logged into my king.com account (I mainly play on win10 app) and I got the prize from there! After playing an old level, the feature appeared there too!
