i’m located in the us, but the all stars tournament isn’t showing up for me? how do i get in?

I did that and the all stars tournament still isn’t showing up.. it just erased all my candies and my purchases

Sorry for your loss. Did you uninstall and reinstall the game. Please note that whenever we reinstall the game or change device we lose our boosters. But dont worry although the boosters which you have won from the game can not be recovered but your purchases and goldbars is recoverable.
