My Candy Crush has not worked properly in over a week.it will not connect to the internet says Tiffy, I was on the phone with Apple everything is connected to WiFi, modem, send emails, texts on both my iPhone and iPad. Everything is connected together.all of my games work on both devices except for Candy Crush. It wii let me play but Tiffy comes on and says( no I internet connection) will give your yout treat when you connect to internet. EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED PROPERLY IT IS YOUR GAME!
I think it has something to do with the new permission settings in your apple devices something to do with cloud permissions they recently changed something that you have to go in settings and allow.
it is called iCloud private relay if it is turned on then a lot of apps wont work
Hi there. without being an expert in the field. You must have denied a loan to cady crush. This because all the time you point out I have been activated and I have a friend who has an appel. the other thing is that if you play via wifi the network administrator will block the game

What trouble shooting have you tried to get the game working on your device?
Since there is no general issue with the game not connecting to internet I would advice to:
-Restart the app and device
-Make sure the app is updated to the latest version
-Make also sure that the device is still compatible by checking that the iOS is updated to the latest version. iOS9 or later version is required.
-As a last resort, try with reinstalling the app. Please note that Boosters will be lost in a reinstall, but your levels and Gold Bars can be retrieved by reconnecting to your Facebook, King or Apple-ID, depending on where you saved the game.
